Have you tried placing baking parchment between the die and the card?

Try a bit of plastic bag - releases the paper and doesn't dull the cutting edge of your dies.......

There is a trick using dryer sheets. You need about four layers. Cut your die as normal, then run it through your machine again with the dryer sheet underneath the die containing the cut with the cut face down on the sheet. It works like magic with all the little bits staying on the sheet. You can then not only have your intricate cut piece just fall out, but also all the little bts that normally need to be poked out of the die just sit on the dryer sheet ready to be shaken into the bin. You can then reuse the sheet.

I just wipe over my die with a dryer sheet before putting the card stock in place, a used one seems to do the trick and it stops the card sticking in the die. I was interested to read that M Boss doesn't work as I had wondered whether it did or not.
