you would be able to download the driver for the printer from the mfrs website. I often find this easier as you get updated drivers anyway.Quote:

I usually print my own onto a sheet of 65 stickers, so they're quite small.
I also just had some clear ones printed from able-labels so that they don't look obtrusive on different colours of card.
I got my stickers done at minilabel - they are on clear plastic so that they blend in with whatever coloured card I am using, but the writing is still easy to see.
I'm an able label girl!
Kelly, it may possibly be a faulty motherboard in the lap top which is causing the hard drives to fail. I had this happen some years ago with the first PC I owned: I had to have practically everything in it replaced in the first few months I had it - some parts several times, before they discovered it was the motherboard... It must have cost them well over the price of the PC for all those parts! But after that it was the most reliable machine I've owned.
And back to labels: I make my own with the tiny 65 to a sheet ones. I've usually bought plain white ones, but I was lucky enough to get some clear ones last year on ebay - at a silly price, and with a second pack thrown in free! Enough to last a lifetime almost. :D :D :D
Like Andy Pandy, I print details on the backs of most of my cards for fundraising, and for my other cards I use the labels. Some of them have a background image, and I've got a desk top publishing program which will let me add an image behind the text... But what I did in Word was to make two templates, one with just the image and one with text; that way I can print with or without the background. I print the image version off first if I'm using it, and then put the sheet through again to print the text. Avery (used to) do wizards/templates for all their different label sizes to use in Word - you could download them from their site.

Our foiled ones are very popular and we have done all sorts, from details of Charities etc to even the safety message for bulky cards!
I get labels off ebay too, sometimes you can drop on a real bargain. If you buy Avery ones you can download templates that set up the printing per sheet bit for you. I also got the able-label printer that's handy and prints great for the price. Also doesn't 7 gypsies or Making Memories do stamps with the alphabet on where you can make your own messages up?
There used to be stamp and alphabets kit from John Bull many years ago (- I think even when I was a small child!! -) that you could do that with...
