Question Would this be too cruel ?????

Went to a family BBQ last night and had a great time - took my camera for some photo opportunties.

My 17½yr old son isn't much of a drinker and has the odd can of cider with his friend at home occassionally - doesn't go to pubs as he hates the smoky atmospheres and he is a computer game addict with his chum.

Anyway, took 4 cans cider but Uncle Keith 9 a bit of joker) thought he would intorudce him to a cider called K which is 8.9%. After 4 Woodpeckers then 4 of these K - he was sloshed (a polite term). I have various photos varying form a happy smiley lad to the one hung over the toilet at his Aunts and hugging a plastic container which became his best friend last night.

Amazingly he is fine today - mind you I did check on him regularly through the night. I suppose it was better that his 1st experience was with family - my dilemma is

Would it be too cruel to do a LO on this??????

It's all part of growing up, so I think it deserves a LO

But perhaps it's not one to post publicly unless he gives the OK

Oh you so have to do it.

As i keep saying to our kids, it's now pay back time for sleepless nights, colic, dirty nappies, stretch marks........

Maybe do it, but keep it quiet till it' funny for him IYKWIM or pockets with hidden journalling/photos etc.

Oh YES! Absolutely do a LO!! Scrapbook the memory ala Julian Stacey. Maybe not for public viewing because we wouldn't want to upset him (well, maybe, just for a laugh)!!

Yes do! But perhaps only the happy smiley pic on open view, with maybe the later ones on 'progression' tags tucked behind?

Well, I wouldn't, not EVERYTHING in life's rich tapestry needs a LO!!!

......but then that's not why I scrap! Each to their own!

Was beginning to think I was the only one who thought don't - but that's because I know my son would hate it. I have photos of him as a toddler wearing a frilly petticoat he used to call 'my dress', and he always keeps an eye out to make sure I'm not scrapping them! He's only 12 though. You know your own son, so it depends on him I think.
