Crop - challenge/workshop ideas

I am after some ideas for something different to do at a crop........

maybe a challenge or something new to try? It would need to be something that most people can complete in an hour or two.......and perhaps something that can be part prepared before?

I'm waffling now.......not really sure........help!!!!!!

Monochrome LO?
Give them a sketch to follow/intepret?
Do something like the weekly challenge, but with 'mus includes' that people can easily plan for/bring with them?

Page swapping? Get them to make up a page kit before they come to the crop, then they have to swap it with the person next to them?

Or - give everyone a list of supplies they need to amass (e.g. 2 sheets patterened paper, 8 brads etc...). Get them into teams of 4. They each start their own page and then after 15 minutes they have to pass it to the next person and they carry on with it...you never know what you'll get back at the end of the hour?

or how about a trading pages sort of thing - if you had access to one of those smaller portable photo printers ()..take a pic of everyone and print them off, then they get handed tout randomly and everyone does a LO with the photo (could do b&w pic to make it easier for matching colours) and hands it to the person in the photo at the end?!!

This si such a great thread, as I'm wanting to do a little something - maybe - with my craft group, but nothing that needs top much time from me, as I actually like to achieve something at our meetings as well as everyone else so I'm getting ideas myself - thank you for asking the question!!
