URGENT 30th Birthday Present!!!

Aarrrgghhh help, just found out it's my DD's teachers 30th Birthday tomorrow, now she's only been her teacher for 3 weeks, and want to give her something little, but my brain has just gone blank!!! I've only got this afternoon (what's left of it, it's almost 1.30pm here), and this evening to get it completed.

Any quick snazzy suggestions??

An inspirational tag book with sayings about great teachers?? A notebook that you can alter the cover? A lovely card adding a personal touch from your daughter?

I was thinking altered notebook, or perhaps an altered box in which she could keep little things the children do. Embellish a picture frame?

I think an altered notebook or clipboard would be lovely. Even a decorated tin for pencils on her desk.
