Cannot upload new GRA files

Unfortunately, even though we have the new Design Master software, we are unable to upload any of these files to the Template Area.

Can someone look into this please. Who is responsible for this, is it SMAX?

No point in having the new software if we cannot upload any of the files now is there

Whoever has access to the Admin area of this site will be able to fix that. Message boards always have a setting where you type in all file extensions that are allowed and .gra just needs to be added! I'm sure they'll have that fixed soon.

we will need a new sub forum craft robo design master templates so we know which files those that are not purchasing the software are not wasting time downloading files that they can't use.

Either that or just state that the file is a .gra and those of us that don't have the new software will know not to bother to download.
