Any electric shop seels what you need. Its just a 2 pin lead with our plug on the other end. Mine has both voltage outlets

The cricut comes with a switching voltage adaptor, alters the voltage by itself, but you will need a lead to come out of the voltage adaptor and plug into a UK socket, it is a plug with an 8 shape plug one end, uk plug the other, I use my laptop one, other people say their sewing machines use the same lead, otherwise take it along to maplin and for around £2 they will sell you a lead.

i just bought a travel plug adaptor - think it was £3.99 from the airport - it's what someone from america would use in our plug socket to plug their hairdryer in for example.

It works just fine with that
