Thank you for the Star Tutorial, I spent ages at the weekend making a large mock up star ready for making the real thing, and yours looks much easier....I think I made mine extra hard as it was 5 pointed...

And here are 3 more card designs I have dome this year...

More lovely cards, I especially like the snowman one, noctrl and the backing paper is lovely. Here are a few I've made tonight, really must get cracking as still need to make quite a few, thankfully for hand delivery done all my posting ones! TFL

This was made for a friend who wanted a Religious card for her mum. Thanks to Monica (Passionflower) for the stamped image ... which I painted with my cheapo shimmery paints from the works (bargain at 2.99 haha)

Starburst Card - my variation of it

I have made a variation on KittyPuss's card using YorkieMumFlUSA's starburst Craft Robo template, simply by making one smaller again and then cut 2 big and 2 small on 2 colours of glittery self adhesive card from Hobbycraft and then layered it altogether alternating the colours.

I put all the exact details on my blog. This is it close up:

And this is the final card. I used another template which I have also changed slightly from ShelleysArt

I have made 4 of these cards which are going to close family only. The starburst is quite raised in real life but this cannot be seen very well in the photo.

I have helped my son make cards for grandparents this evening - he coloured in Hamish and I helped him with the paper and stamps. He is 10 - was quite surprised how much he enjoyed doing it.

    Beautiful card Claire.

Jo your Son did a fab job, i'm sure the grandparents will treasure them.

Finally made my last two 'special' ones last night, i used the Cricut DS software on both to weld the words. One is for our Son and the other for our foster child.
