I'm going the Saturday and I am doing the Art from the heart workshop. Looking forward to the show as the Thorpe Park one was good, though a bit nerve wracking when I thought the roof was going to blow off one year. Wish I had chosen the Friday now as I am guessing it would be less busy, but there was a huge choice last time of different stalls and some good show bargains.

It is definately the best scrapping show there is imo, and the catering at the previous ones is the best I have ever come across at any show.

had a look at the website about it, but couldn't find any dates. probably being blind but when is it on? is it next weekend? (18th-20th) my mum lives 10 minutes from there and its her birthday next weekend too. it would be rude not to go really wouldn't it?!

It is next weekend - I'm going - my bestie mate (who got me into scrapping) lives just around the corner so we're going 2gether and we can have a good old catch up at the same time! Leaving my boys at home - so I'm really looking forward to some good girlie time.

I'm going on the Saturday as well. I was booked in for the BM class but had to move some around as I wanted to try (ssshhh, don't tell anyone) beading. Their stall is top of my list to see though so will hopefully be able to pick up some tips there.

Thanks for all the tips. Good idea about the notepad Carolyn. Will definately take one.

and take a small digital camera!!!! you can get loads of inspiration
most stalls don't mind you taking piccies!
the only one i found that was a little piccie was a stall selling friendly plastic! you could take piccies, but only if you bought something from her!!

Never been to this show, how does it compare to Ally Pally?

Been to air shows at Farnborough and the thing I remember most is the distance to walk between to car parks and the airfield, wonder if they will use the same parking arrangements?
