I was sorely disappointed in the show today hubby was most impressed tho, he ended up with his favourite cheese and I spent less than 1/10th of my usual show budget.

Very few stamps, next to nothing in pretty papers, and no dies or machines unless you count irons/steam cleaners !!

Someone has said that the party plan stampin peeps were supposed to be there, didnt see a sign of them tho.

I'm not sure i will be going back next year.

now i did see the xcut and a cricut

i think the craft shops think we are behind the times down here.... it was the same as last year

when i went 2 years ago i got my first penny black stamp... the stall was all rubber stamps... nothing like that this year.

oh well we have taunton in june and newbury in july.... hmm maybe excel in september and exeter... and then possibly nec in november

Don't sound as if it's as good this year then. Was there no one selling dies for the Bigshot machines etc?

I was hoping to get a ribbon punch - the one with handles on, some large background stamps and some cuttlebug folders just for starters.

Not sure whether to go now on Sunday as it's a very long journey for us.

I did notice last year that it wasn't as good as the year before but I still managed to spend quite a bit lol.

I didnt see any of your shopping list, very few stamps, nothing in the way of dies and I cant remember seeing large punches. I wont be going again unless they get some decent shops there even tho it is only 20 miles or so away. Even the rockablocks & spray I did buy was more because I felt that I couldnt go to a show and not buy something to justify the entrance fee.

I was going to go on Sunday but it's a long trip for us and I'm not sure it's worth it now.

It wasn't as good last year either but I still found plenty to spend my money on lol.

Think I may give it a miss.
