    I used these simple ones for my DD2 (as joint birth announcements and thank yous for gifts). At the time you really don't need to spending loads of time (you don't have any!) so I thought simple would do! Put the text on the photo in Adobe Photoshop - name, date & weight.

    Aww thanks Charlie - I must admit she was about 10 weeks by the time this pic was taken (now 13 weeks and a little cherub)
