HELP! Can't login to Crafty Club

I'm having real problems logging in to Crafty Club. It's not recognising my existing password or my email address.

Anyone else having problems? If so how have they rectified it?

    Many thanks in advance.

I always have problems logging in and usually end up applying for a new password using the "Forgot password" link each time. On the upside it usually arrives in seconds (although it usually goes straight into my Junk mail folder) I alway cut and paste it from the e-mail and wipe out all the little "dots" that are prefilled in.

Mine works everytime now but what I can't understand is the password they send is only about 5 or 6 digits yet then it adds to it........ with more once you press the login

A bit strange also remember to get rid of them already there in the password box before adding your paste bit, if that make any sense

Thanks everyone. I'll see if I have my original email with my password on it. If not I'll apply for a new one.

Hurray! I'm in now. I applied for a new password and managed to log in. I think what was confusing me was that after I logged in there's a form where you can update your profile. Silly me thought I had to fill it in to log in! Then I noticed at the top of the page that I was logged in.

Just in case anyone else is having this problem - if you apply for new password it may go into your spam or junk mail took me 4 attempts and then penny dropped and looked in spam and sure enought there thy all were....

secondly - crafty club may have some encryption functionallity that add addtional digits to your password hence making it appear longer when you hit submit

    xx

I can't log in at all.... tried the forgot password thing, nothing comes to my email - yes I checked junk mail! When we got the robo DH signed up to crafty club, or so I thought. So I tried to log in using the password he would have used, nothing. So then I tried to register my serial number since he obviously hadn't joined, but I did not get a confirming email, which makes me think that the serial number is indeed already registered. So I don't know whether I am a member or not, and can't login to find out, or get to register either. It is very frustrating. Any ideas anyone?
