DM not working

Each time I have tried to cut on DM tonight it gives an error message and shuts down. I have tried turning robo off and turning pc off but still wont cut.
Does anyone else have this problem. RM is cutting ok

Message just says Signlab71 MFC application has encountered an error has to close, then the programme shuts down. Just tried again and its still happening.

Well I havent altered a thing and its working ok now. Does any one else have a robo with a mind of its own

It isn't CR it is the software. I assume you have the dongle plugged in?

Have you found it's with a specific file - sometimes importing a file that's been created in another application can cause problems due to settings used to save the file when it was originally made

What happens if you just try and cut a simple shape like a square or circle?

My CR has ALWAYS had a mind of its own and I learned shortly after I bought it 2 and a half years ago, that when it's not in the mood to cut, then just let it be and try again tomorrow!
