Not if you already have a program that unzips files. Once the download is finished just double click on it and your unzip program will open, even this takes a bit longer than usual because it is a big file once you can see the Inscape folder just click on Extract.

Can you just right click and unzip it then like you would normally do?

But I dont have a zipped file downloaded at all its like a
