    newbie asking a quick question

does anyone here either - make there own ink pad for stamping?? or alternatively know where i can get how to's for this, i have a couple of freebie mountable stamps and was curious about the inks, and whether it would be easy for me to sort my own homemade stamp pads....

    thanks in advance.

If you buy reinkers and some Ranger Cut 'n' Dry foam, you can make up stamp pads to your own requirements. There is an example of this here:

But to be honest, if you are just starting out stamping, it would probably just be cheaper to buy standard commercial crafting ink pads as the foam alone is quite pricey (around £5, I think) and each bottle of reinker would be at the £2 to £3 mark.
