    Patterned paper

    Hi im a newbie

Im new to scrapbooking and cardmaking in general. Im finding lots of great ideas online but my attempts never look as professional due to the background paper - i just cant find the same designs as some of the ideas out there!

Any suggestions for places with a great selection of patterned paper?

    TIA

Take a look in the "Go Shopping" section - you'll find lots of great sponsors listed who will have what you're looking for (including myself).

Have a look at some of the kits. Most shops seem to have them. Its a good starting point when someone else has put it together. Sarah's cards even give you a book full of ideas how to use each months kit!

Cleo Crafts also do a great monthly kit here. Here are some examples of past kits. Cleo Crafts Design Members also come up with some great examples of what you can do with the kit. They are great value for money!

I love having a kit as it means I have everything that co-ordinates with my papers; which is also great when you just start scrapping.

I blog hop a lot for inspiration (papers stamps embellishments etc). Very often the blog owner will list the papers/stamps/ embellies used and then its just a case of googling to find an outlet Or you could post here on UKS to find a sponser who has what u want There is lots of inspiration out there in blogland. If you are not sure where to start Have a look at the links that peeps have at the bottom of their posts
