    Exclamation ** Card a Day challenge: April 2nd - April 8th **

Here are this week's prompts - remember you can use any of the inspiration they provide - whether it's the prompt title or the elements or just the fact you're making a card! Any Basic Grey fans, today's prompt is just for you!

Fri 2nd - "Right Now" - Inspiration: Floral background, white greeting, stamped die-cut, bling, Basic Grey.

Sat 3rd - "Snail Hello" - Inspiration: Citrus/tropical colours, graph/lined paper, polka dots, circles.

Sun 4th - "Elegant Anniversary" - Inspiration: Glittered cardstock/paper, frame, flourish, aged/distressed papers.

Mon 5th - "Matthew 17:20" - Inspiration: Journaling card/label, vintage trim, photo corners, 2 patterned papers.

Tue 6th - "Spread Your Wings" - Inspiration: 2 different styles of butterflies, elegant font, shaped card, white card blank.

Wed 7th - "Take a Load Off" - Inspiration: Green and pink, home accents, 1 design of paper, typewriter style font.

Thu 8th - ""Welcome Baby" - Inspiration: Striped paper, brown + accent colours, mini buttons, owl/tree.

So there we have it, and did you know that the 7th is apparently National No Housework day? Well in the US at least! Hm... wouldn't that be nice!?

    About this challenge
Every Friday I will be posting prompts based on card designs that appear in the "Card a Day" 2010 idea book from Papercrafts.

This is a stress-free challenge as you just take what inspiration you want from the prompts to create as many or as few cards a week as you are happy with.

How you interpret the prompts is up to you, you can use the title, elements, or none of the above as a springboard to your own ideas. And you can try to incorporate the elements in cards for other challenges.

Just share what you make in the dedicated weekly thread.

You can find previous prompts in Challenges and Inspiration and post your cards to the relevant threads any time - there are no deadlines!
