downloading template help

i have downloaded 5.1 and when i go to cut it still keeps saying this is new version of file and cannot be read by softwear can any body help please

This is going to sound stupid, but you say you have downloaded it have you installed it?

yes it is in a zip file on my desk top

You need to unzip it before you can install it
