I applied a line of tape from my ATG gun, then sort of criss-crossed my ribbon sticking it down so that it looked ruffled. It's just regular satin ribbon. But such an easy technique especially if you need to use up odd lengths of the same ribbon as you can't see a join in the ruffle effect.

Any seriously sticky d-sided tape will work, but I couldn't be bothered to look for tape and just used my ATG gun to try it!

I think it is a rub on as I have some the same as that, but I bought them ages ago.... Basic Grey I think....

Yep, Linda's right - some good old vintage Basic Grey rub-ons, I wish they still made greetings rubons like these as they go on so well and add the perfect fancy look to projects.
