Studio?

Hi, sorry haven't been around much recently, so much work and helping with the extension and just no time for cards. I retrurn to find lots of terrific templates in a program called "Studio". Can anyone tell me about this? Thanks, K

It is now the preferred software of Graphtec replacing RoboMaster, it is a free download, try it and see what you think, there is a link in a sticky thread above.

The only problem is you can't use .studio files with any other software, but you can open GSD and DXF files, so if you think for any reasons you might want your GSD files in the future don't delete them.

Yes you will be able too Kiaya, because the studio is a seperate piece of software.

Yes you can use GSD with Studio but you can't use Studio with anything else .

Oh Silly I forgot to select..

This has not long been added as it wasn't there when they first released it I could not find my pdf writer to print too there was no option

So I can use my cr files but none of the svg's I may have borrowed from here? Has everyone else gone for it? I guess I am going to have to since it seems CR has become Silhopuette and Studio...I hate change!

There is a way to use SVG's but you will need to open them in Inscape re save as a DXF then you can open them in SS

You shouldn't have to convert them to GSD now Doreen the latest upgrade to Studio has DXF on the list of files formats it will open, haven't tried that yet.
