    PDF to JPEG

    Good evening

I am sure that I saw, somewhere, on this site instructions for taking a PDF file and making it a jpeg so that you can place into Robo software?? I can't find it!, Have I got the wrong end of the stick and it is down in SCAL or Inkscape. I have a few PDFs that I think would make good templates, I could print and then scan and do it that way but thought there was a 'shortcut' and also wouldn't work for decoupage off of other CDS.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thank you

    Vanessa

Perhaps you are thinking about Design Master there is a tutorial for converting those to PDF to convert in Inkscape.

You can open PDF's in Inkscape and provided they are already vector files save in other vector formats such as DXF which you can load into RoboMaster. I don't recall trying to trace a pdf in Inkscape so can't say if that will autotrace or not, you could always try it.

I've got PSP to Ann but as it's a paid for software and Vanessa might not have it I suggested Irfanview because it's free

I run both as well, but find that for conversion Irfanview opens the file a lot faster, I've probably got too many brushes etc that need to load when opening PSP, there a bit like fonts
