    New functions for Studio

    I'm curious to know what functions you would like to see added to the software. Some I'd like to see added would be;

    add my own patterned papers to the library or whatever it's called
    interpolate/scatter like in Inkscape
    pattern to path as in Inkscape
    distort text as in Funtime or Word Art

    please don't tell me to contact GA I've already done that

    I'd just be happy to have an export option be it dxf or svg.

    Is interpolate the same as the array on arc with full rotation Lucille? I can't think of anything to add to your list and I agree with Shirley about the export option. It would be wonderful to have the facility object to path which you have already mentioned.

    Those ideas all sound great.

    For me, I'd like to see a box to tick or untick in the text section depending on whether we want the text on the workspace to cut or not, so that it can't be changed accidentally when sending things to cut.

    Hope that makes sense.

    That is the array tool in DM, Inkscape will do the same thing personally I prefer the way Inkscape does it to DM. Interpolate is what I used to make the nesting shapes if we could do print and cut from Inkscape it make the interpolate function even better.

    You can't do it by colour as far as I can see Lucille. The only way I've found how to do it is by selecting a word/sentence and clicking on 'no cut' in the Cut Style Window, which can be overridden.

    I don't know about the others but for me I suspect it's because I still haven't discovered everything it can already do let alone its limitations! ask me in 5 years

    That's how it's done Anne.. I had all this out with SA when I found the same thing.. There is some things in rm that I will miss

    Like copying and pasting to new page instead of opening a new whole software package don't know whether you have noticed that? you have to merge which another I could do without...

    I have to confess I'm so used to using RM for titles and sentiments it never enters my head to use anything else
