I think it has already been mentioned but I would like a print/cut preview that is a great last minute check on RM
and
a variable length dashed line to print (as in faux stitching) - it is easy to do a continuous line with internal offset but not dashed.

Fonts are an area that I am still in dialogue with the Studio support team about!! I am still running v1.3 because 1.5 has even more probs!
and
tell me why it is myfavourite fonts that Studio won't recognise!!
Can I add another wish RM had a crop image function - it enabled you to cut away all the unwanted parts of an imported image using the spline tool - therefore an irregular shape - how useful was that, especially for print and cut, I so wish Studio had this.

I've got the latest update and haven't had problems with it recogniseing my fonts only that I HAVE to install them first, then of course I have to uninstall them. I contacted them about this ages ago and only received the computer generated reply about passing it on etc.
You can crop in Studio by drawing round the object in the photo with the Drawing tools, make sure it's a closed shape if you chop and change tools, then in the Modify window you select all and I've found it works with either Crop or Subtract.

Believe me I have found 3 or 4 ttf that it just won't recognise aaaaaaagh!! That coupled with the installation issue that you have mentioned is sooo annoying me! Thanks for the details of the crop function, I had tried that but I think I had forgotten the select all - just selected the line oops

You can select more than one node at a time, it works exactly the same as Inkscape. Hold down the shift key and drag an imaginary box around the nodes you want to delete or move then you can do what you want with them.

Like copying and pasting to new page instead of opening a new whole software package don't know whether you have noticed that? you have to merge which another I could do without...
Tina, I've just seen this and you can copy and paste to a new page without opening a whole software package. If you select the design and do the good old Ctrl+C then click on the New Drawing short cut button (first on the left) then do Ctl+V in the new document it pastes it down and you can save it.
Have I misunderstood your problem?

Thank you for this tip.
I wrote a while back to support America and they told me it was not possible yet, maybe in the future.

I don't understand. Are you saying you can't select more than one node at a time?

Yes, this is what I meant, but I did not know about the shift first and than selecting more points at once.
I asked about that at support America, and the answer I got was that it was not possible yet, maybe on future updates. But now you told us how (the shift key first) and I am happy to have this option.
Thanks, Gerti
