font help

How do I put the little ^ above the name Sian? I particularly want to use Bauhaus Md BT font????????????

If you look at the character map it should tell you what set of keys to press (with the ALT key!) to activate that sign - lots of free font won't have special characters but that one should!

To add - I found this bit of info:
You can either use the Insert | Symbol dialog box: the caret (hat) can be
found with different letter combinations in the (normal text) font, or you
can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl ^ then the character you need, i.e. "a" or
"i". Hope this helps
