Silhouette Blade

I know the new Silhouette blade fits the Robo but can anyone tell me if cuts deeper, as it has 9 [I believe] settings instead of the 3 caps?

If you use the ratchet blade in the Robo it's recommended that you don't go any higher than number 3........ie 1 for blue 2 for yellow and 3 for pink so as you wouldn't be using the higher numbers I wouldn't think so

I only use the three settings for my Robo, as I was lead to believe that if you try to cut any deeper you would ruin the machine. It isn't designed to cut as thick and would damage the motor.
