making larger holes?
Morning everyone. I wonder if anyone can suggest a way to make some larger holes in a chipboard album cover. I have made the cover myself and because of the large amount of pages I have to go in it, I am using large bookrings. I made some holes with a cropodile but they are not quite big enough, and the pages/cover are very tight to turn. I would be very grateful for any tips/advice. Many thanks.

A hand drill would work Yvette, I've used one before, but it was a special craft one. I imaging an ordinary one would work too as long as you take care.

thanks Corrina, I don't have a craft one, have tried an ordinary drill before but it made such a mess of the card and paper, I suppose I should have done it before I papered it!! I guess that is what I will have to do in the end if I can't think of anything else, and I have to be quick as it is a scrapbook for my dd's hennight in 2 weeks.

Crazy woman with a scalpel!!!
You could try putting a piece of scrap chipboard either side of where you want to drill your album then clamp it all together and drill through all 3 pieces. It should give a cleaner finish.
