After reporting the problem as suggested they have sent me v1.9.1 and it seems to have solved the problem!
Hope it hasn't created other problems but at least p and c is sorted!

I installed 1.9.1 and after reading concern over print output thought I'd better check. Mine is printing normally, as it did with 1.7.1 and 1.9.0.. I think we should all check for ourselves before booting out the new software.
Just a thought Ellen and Ruth you did uninstall the version you already had, restart your computer then install 1.9.1 making sure it was the right link( ie PC or Mac) didn't you? If you did it's very strange that you can't print with it

yes ,i did all of that.i have just had an email with the latest version ,but it still wont print
When they sent me the link to 1.9.1 I downloaded it but when I went to install it over top of the previous version ( there was no mention about uninstalling 1.9 first) it said a newer version was already installed and I had to exit the programme. I contacted Support again and this is what they said
"We are truly sorry. You may need to uninstall the previous version prior to being able to install this version. Please let us know if you require assistance with uninstalling the previous version ".
