i saw a card in another site that im a member of and she made a lovely card all around the card it had the (only way i can explain it) is it had loops all round it on the edge can it be done on the silhouette machine or robo or is this asking to much

I'm sure it can, just look at the card not the embellishments and see it for what it is eg. layers, this welded to that, look at the mechanics of it.
