It is one of the Sizzix dies http://www.craftsulove.co.uk/sizzix_sbarnard.htm, I presume you mean the card... It comes with a lot of dies to build the card and I'm really pleased with it even though it was a little expensive (a considered purchase)
Well it's all gone a bit quiet on the Cardmaking board in December. I suspect I know why...
