Lost Sympathy Card

Hello everyone I'm looking for a sympathy card file that I downloaded a while ago thinking one day I may need that...well this is that day as my friends mother has passed away. I cannot find the file anywhere can someone please help me get it back...I have a pic of the one I need but don't know how to post it.....Many thanks for your help

When you say you've lost it, I take it you mean somewhere on your computer - have done a search for it?

Yes done that but nothing comes up....I can only think I downloaded the picture of the card but not the file ?
