Thanks Natty, I am going to try come back on here and make a few too as I need the inspiration so have bookmarked your blog in anticipation.

There is so much heartache going on at the moment (my hubby is battling cancer - since last summer - and Uncle died just before Christmas) that we all need some much needed mojo.

    {{{HUGS}}} to you all.

    Morning everyone!

I'm so sorry to hear that 2012 is starting on such a sad note for many.

I also hope happier times are soon around the corner for those who have had a bad start to the year.

On a crafty note it is lovely to see so much enthusiasm to get making cards - I can't wait to see what you all make in the weeks ahead.

Lisa, of course newbies can join in - even if your stash is limited I am sure there will be something at hand you can use.

    Love to try this!

I came across loads of blank cards when I sorted out my stash and this might give the motivation to make some after a few years of not doing any!

I doubt I can keep up with every week. Am more likely to splurge every few weeks, if that's OK?

What a pretty card Nat, I love the soft colours. That zigzag die is great!

I have decided to join in this year, didn't make many cards last year, so I thought I'd check out this challenge as a first port of call. Here is my New Home card (mostly using the contents of my scraps box so a bonus ) Enjoyed doing it so might even go and make a couple more today. Thanks Natty for the challenge (and great card from you )and thanks for looking.

I would love to join in this on too as I find card making so much more difficult than scrapping! Thanks for the challenge.

And I, too, send hugs to those who have had a bad start to the year. My thoughts are with you all.
