Thanks for your comment Trish and yes it is vellum and I love it because the flowers are sparkly but it doesn't show up too well in the photo.

This week had me challenged - I had used my freebie rabbit stamp the other week and didn't want to use it again for another challenge. also i don't send many easter cards and all my spring ones are made already so i had a rummage and a think and found this set of stamps i managed to get at a bargain price (preloved) and have been wanting to play with so off i set. I really enjoyed making these - hehe, so much i have two!!!! I love the soft vintage book illustration feel to the flexmarkers. had a fight with my sewing machine tensioner but won the battle (was feeling like i'd not done 'proper' sewing last week lol) and overall i'm pretty pleased with these little makes for a couple of little girls i need to make summer cards for so they have a future home and i'm 2 down on my 'to do' list

kept up with my own thrift challenge as the stamps, as i said, were bargain 'preloved' and the papers were free in a mag

It's doilies or lace. Funnily enough I got some of my much treasured lace out last night for a card - just need to sort out the rest of the card now.
