I am so dissapointed

I bought a basket weave card from a website for the robo. and it looks nothing like the card front on the picture it shows you. I really needed this today or at best tomorrow. have put a comment on the forum but don't expect a reply as I have done this before on this patic website and gotten no response from the designer..
