Do you need a special programme for rhinestones?

You can do them in Inkscape and there is a tutorial for doing them, but filling the shape with rhinestones is a bit more difficult and I don't think I wrote that up.

I believe there is a program that only does rhinestones, but I can't remember the name, StudioDE does rhinestones really easily and it's a nicer effect than I've seen in another program.
