Gorgeous cards ladies! I am so happy to see that you are managing to keep up, unfortunately things have been rather busy since getting back from holiday and just trying to readjust to real life. The crafting bug has deserted me slightly, but hope it's back soon... in fact I was just wondering the other day whether anyone had started their Christmas cards and whether I needed to start including some Christmas-friendly prompts? Or is that word still banned.
Just popped on to see what you are all up to. I can't sit for more than a few minutes as my back has been bad and sitting is still the worst thing I can do - well apart from bending and standing - come to think of it lying flat and walking aren't too good either.
Your cards are all quite beautiful and I hope to be able to join in again soon but at the moment I can't craft at all. Still, keep up the good and wonderful work ladies.
Perfectly acceptable from September, until then it's still summer LOL. Although I will admit to buying a Christmas Die last week in readiness. I am up to date with my sending of cards, so those I'm catching up with currently, might even see me having things ready early, although I won't speak too soon on that.
Got a good bit of scrapping to catch up on too though so not expecting great things with the cards, we'll see.
Helllooooo ladies! I'm sorry I have been AWOL for quite some time, just life getting in the way I have still been making cards but have lost track with the prompts now. I only have five more to make to see me through to the end of the year and then I'm making a start on Christmas so Christmas prompts will be a big help to me soon
I love all the cards you've been making, Lilliboy your Olympic card in particular has inspired me with my OH's birthday card so thank you for that
'people may forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel'
Gosh Karen, those cards are all stunning! You have really been busy!
Susie, I hope your back is doing better soon - back injuries are the worst.
Well, since it is September on Monday... I wonder whether it's time for a Christmas-friendly card - all is dependent on what weather we get up here in the north over the weekend. It really does affect my crafting mood. LOL
That particular cat is from T for transparent set (Penny Black) In The Garden - you get 3 different cat images in that set plus some lovely floral images that you can use on their own or with the cat stamps - also a really cute mouse peeping out of a watering can. Also a little sentiment - 'Have a purr-fect day'. One of my fave sets.
Thank you ladies for your kind words about my cards. Hoping to play more catch up on Saturday and then some scrapping on Sunday at my monthly crop xx
