    dedication card ideas please

    hi folks,
I'm usually on the craft robo section, and I am on here to ask if anyone knows what you put on a Dedication card.
I have been asked to make one for a baby naming ceremony which I was told would take place in a Baptist church, and it was called a Dedication ceremony, for example, if I was making a Christening card I'd usually have a cross and a pram on it, and I just don't know if I can do the same thing with this Dedication card.
Any ideas and suggestions will be gratefully received, thank you

I was curious about this and Googled it. Since you are dedicating the child to the Lord I would think a cross would be appropriate. The minister is supposed to have a red rose and white rose to hand, not sure what for but that might be something to look into also. Google it, there's lots of info available and I'm sure you'll find just what you want. A white rose represents, purity, innocence and spirituality so that may be useful.

Thank you Susie.A, for your input, I did Google it before I did anything else, but I didn't find anything that I felt would help me, not even the bit you pointed out.
Jacksmissis has gave me a very helpful answer on the craft robo forum as well, so I am well sorted, so thanks again
