Welcome on board Ali and a lovely take on the hexagon prompt too. Love the non-traditional Christmas colours as well.

Well I had a good cardmaking session in the hotel - got 24 cards made in the end using the little kits I had made up and then made another 11 when I got home. I am now only 5 weeks behind including this week's.

Here are the cards I made for the texture challenge (week 19)

Hello ~ popped in to see what happens here after reading about the cards on 'we challenge you' . Love everyone's work ~ very inspiring.

I've not made paper cards before but the 'manly' challenge is perfect for father's day and so I may just take a stab at it

Hello to the newbies - always lovely to see more people joining in.

Karen - that is one serious craft session you had in the hotel! Lovely cards.

stillcrafting - I love the lo.

Virginia the beatrix potter card is lovely.

here are my takes on the 'male' and 'bird' weeks (sorry, I'm lost on the week numbers - or in denial lol)

This is another digi mounted. It is a digi as I remembered on the Thursday ut was my anniversary on the Friday so needed to be special - yet quick

this is obv. for a male teen! I actually like this card - my son was there offering his valued opinion as to the 'cool' factor so i hope the recipient likes it!

Right - still have the quote week to do but I need an anniversary card for Thursday so maybe......

Fab card Lilli - great card for a teen. I will be alright doing that prompt as I need 3 male birthday cards this month and two Father's Day cards.

I hope tomorrow to photograph the rest of the cards made on my marathon session - just haven't had a chance yet.

oooh Karen, that is a lot of male cards! eeeek! I love the challenge but they stress me!

Well, this is the last of my back log! a quote from literature! I'm not a les mis fan but I love this quote and thought it suited the occasion for this card. Can you tell it was a very sunny day yesterday when I made it? I'm going to do a check and see if my colour pallette changes with the weather!

So Natalie - I am all ready for Monday - I need to do 2 male cards, one childs and a senior female should your prompt jar wish to assist

LOL, do not worry Lilli, one of those will be catered for as I have a similar requirement for a card I need to make over the weekend.

Sorry I have been so quiet on the forums here everyone - been rather busy and with the improved weather on top of that it has been quite difficult to get myself into my craft room and on the PC on an evening.

I have loved seeing all the new cards on this thread plus the new faces joining in thanks to the "We Challenge You" event.

Looks like we are due a sunny weekend in these parts and asside from the card I need to get done for Sunday I am not sure whether Christmas cracker cards will be on the agenda just yet. I am keeping a list of the ones I have missed so I can go back and get them all done when I am in a more festive mood (no doubt if the weather changes!).
