    GSD to PHP.Please help.

    Hi.
I wonder if anyone can help me please.

I don't know what I have done, but when I download a template instead of
it being a GSD it is a PHP file which I can not open.

I have never even heard of PHP.so I don't know how that has happened, I am not computer savvy so don't know how to get rid of it.

    I hope someone can help.
    Thank you Betsy.

Have a look at this thread , you can either do as Joyce suggests or try a different browser, I use Firefox and it downloaded fine with that. HTH

    Hi Betsy

This was happening for me too after a Windows Update recently, and everything I downloaded from UKS changed to a .php file.

To cure it I changed my browser's compatibility view settings for this site, and now I am able to download the files properly again.

It was very simple to do, you just click on the cog icon at the top right of the browser window, then click on Compatibility View Settings and then type ukscrappers.co.uk in the 'Add this website' bar, and then click the Add button.

I have attached some screenshots to show what I mean, and I hope that they help.

I haven't had this problem because I don't use Explorer but thank you Joyce for explaining what to do those who do use it.
