Hi can anyone please tell me what to use as a backing for cutting fabric please,I just tried spray but that doesn't work,any help I would be very great full

whenever I've cut fabric on my cutter i use heat n bond ultra but theres a light too which I've heard people say they have used.

Graphtec also sell Silhouette's own fabric stabilizers.
