If I knew who Barbara Gray was, I might be able to answer that ... I picked up the idea from my local craft store on an open demo day .. paper technique that I tried out using digi .. the card is the result.
Thank you Ali - you would not believe how long it took! I do like your pink and brown colour scheme :-)
And now - fanfare - I am up to date At least until tomorrow....... here is my week 20, the something new is the stamp.
Really, really lovely cards - it's been fun seeing all your show and tell items this week - and great to see people catching up.
The weather has been too nice for crafting up here, even in the evenings it has been very warm and I have disappeared into a couple of books this weekend, but thankfully did force myself to sit down and make this week's prompt card - it's just not one of my best! The creative mojo does seem to have gone on holiday....

So funny Frances and another one who doesn't know who Barbara Gray is either. Lovely card though.
Wendy, you have been really busy. All gorgeous cards but the last one is just stunning. I love the little notch design in the corner.
Well, I thought I might as well add my card for this week's sketch to the thread - although I am still not liking it overly much... so different to how it looked in my head, sadly.
Cardstock - white with punched edging from cupcake crafting, polka dot paper from Hougie crafts, topper is one of a freebie set from hunkydory and the vertical text is one of Robert Abbams dies. The corner die is new one from Memory Box - "Wildflower Corner" - it just arrived today.
