Craft robo

As I have not used my robo for a few years I am having problems with cutting card . It is not thick card but it doesn't cut right through I have put in a new blade can anyone tell me what I can do to sort out this problem the worst card is the shiny pearl card what is the best thickness to use Jess

This is for the Cameo but the same would apply to the Robo. Have a read of the first post here http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/boards/...-and-test-cuts . If you're using the ratchet blade with the numbers rather than the coloured cap blade don't go any higher than 3 as Graphtec have already told us that the settings 1-3 correspond to the CR blades with coloured caps, 1 being blue etc, so that is a good starting point for many people. The post does recommend a test cut because each machine and card type are different HTH
