Scraplifting help.....whose is it?

Can you look at this Lo and tell me who I have scraplifted the writing from and also the holes idea. I want to ask their permission before I upload it but cannot remeber where I saw it and whose they are.

Yes the writing is def. Wanna Scrap and I think the holes idea may be Jennies (but not 100% sure).

Writing is definately Kirsty's - Wanna_Scrap. The holes....I think they were done by someone as part of the block.

Weren't the holes in a magazine recently?

i remeber seeing the holes done a magazine, they were done using flowers and cirlce with another colour cardstock nderneath showing through.

The holes I saw in a magazine were by Venessa-I think there was a page with flowers made with holes and another bubbles made with holes

Jennie did a LO with holes just like that in "The Block" I just checked out her gallery and she has since done another LO with the same technique.

Do you have to credit when it is a technique i.e. with the holes, especially when they have been published as a technique in a magazine? I realise that it is nice to do so if you know who to credit but I'm just wondering as I'm sure that I've picked up techniques from magazines before and haven't credited (I've actually used the holes in a layout as well but not completed it yet so it's not uploaded).

Well I did a layout 2 years ago using holes to create water splahes.
Don't expect to be credited though as never uploaded it anywhere!
I think that for that technique - unless you have copies the design (shape etc) from another layout, then you shouldn't have to credit otherwise no layout would be called original!
