I wish I could have those templates though as I really really like the layouts of the album, and would love to know the sizes but I'm pretty sure they're only for the CKU-A students.
She says that the photos on each letter page are 3x3 so you could work it out roughly from that

wow - that is so cool - I've never fancied doing a "book of me", but I could definitely do that!

in fact, I most certainly definitely WILL

have just read through all the class descriptions via the link that Bev supplied - wow - what a star studded group of teachers! I'd so love to go - maybe in 2007 for my 40th birthday I can treat myself, but not next year unfortunately

Thanks for the link, it certainly makes you think. The only problem is I would probably have to have 100 photos taken before I would be able to just pick out 2 I wouldn't be ashamed to actually look at and have other people look at them.

Thanks for the link - perhaps I'll actually get this one finished if I know there are only 26 letters to do - might struggle with z and x though!!

Wow, what a wonderful idae, and there is so much in the pre clas infor, that i think most of us could make our own version quite easily. Now i just need the time.....Add it to the list of things to do!

She posted the link to all the classes for CKU-A at Boston on her blog (I think it was Boston anyway....) and I was looking over other teachers like Ali Edwards etc and theirs are just lists of what will be required where as Cathy's PDF really gets into it and SHOWS you what you'll be doing.

Yes, it's only really meant for CKU-A students but with such a great and inspiring pre-class PDF, who wouldn't want to have a go?

This looks great and has solved a HUGE problem for me. My brother has asked me to do an album of his late wife, and reproduce it four times so that each of his kids has one to keep. I have a huge pile of photos from him and have been puzzling over where to start or how to organise them in an album - but now I feel inspired and can't wait to start. Only thing is I think I will need to do a double page spread of each letter, but I don't think that will matter too much.

Thank you so much for posting this link.

    Thanks for posting the link.
This is such a cool - yet simple idea! It feels so manageable, but rewarding & challenging too. Can't wait to get started on my own version - I guess my traditional style BOM will have to wait.
