Help!! What do you call those little things

HELP Needed, I'm having a mental block - not unusual and can't remember the name of those little metal leaf shaped thingies that are I suppose are really for the back of picture frames but used as dec' or to hold something on a SB page. Does that make sense? You attach them on one end with a brad. Hope someone can suggest what they are called. Rose
