    TLC starter package ??

Is it worth the money??? I have been umming and ahhing about signing up for it. I might not make a very good consultant - I don't drive so i can't travel to people's houses - but I do have a few friends that scrap that MIGHT buy things from me from time to time.

I just wondered if it would be worth purchasing for ME!! And even if i don't get any customers will I still be able to buy more items at reduced rate?
Anyone know more about it - PM me if you prefer

I've just Pmed you some specifics Tracey... but just to let anyone else know, the starter pack is a good deal and one of the best things about TLC is that there is no pressure to build a business.

If you want to, there is plenty of support to help you achieve it, but if you would rather just have some parties or take it along to crops and sell the range thats fine too.

Or you can just take advantage of the big discount you get as a consultant to build up your stash. Anyone wanting to know more is welcome to PM me or to ask any of the other consultants displaying the TLC link in their signature line...

THanks for info and PM's so far. Giving it serious thought. Concerned that one person has told me the starter pack will cost me over $95 USD incl the p&p!! Didn't think p&p was going to be sooo expensive!!!

Any of you got LO's using the products that I can have a look at??

the shipping may appear to be high but that does cover the duty and VAT as well so you won't get a bill from the UPS man when he arrives at your door...

also, shipping from the US is based on weight rather than the size of the package. The shipping cost is actually very competitive when compared to other companies shipping from the US...hope this helps.

I have some TLC LOs in my gallery, most of the non-digi ones feature TLC papers and bits and bobs...

Tracey - try to think in £ not $

That $95 is about £54 and as Suzanne and Nicci said include all the VAT and duty that you normally sit biting your nails about, so all you have to do when the UPS man comes to the door is smile and take that scrummy package off him!

Here is a DLO done just with the Artists Choice pack (which is the TLC monthly kit subscription) It is bascally a straight copy - 'a follow the instructions job' but I was pretty pleased with it!

It appears to be so...all of the ready made kits are so easy to use and the colors are great.

Here is a DLO using one of the Quicksand Kits..

when I started scrapbooking, it was great cos all the colour matching etc is done for you.

I joined and have the monthly pack but don't do much else. I like it cos the company don't put pressure on you to sell loads.
