My bank balance is doomed!
i've jusst put mine into individual grip bags (in the process realised i had over 130 different tpyes opps!) i'm going to make some dividers to go in the lunch tin i've got, and then seperate them by colour

I am a Popdot
I have mine wrapped round card in little grip lock bags then stuffed into a spagetti jar. It looks colourful and shiny. When I went to the crop last time I just took a handful of bags out of the jar and put them in a large polybag. The little scrap bits are in a matching jar all jumbled up.
Does for all these one of metres of ribbon I keep buying.

I keep mine in a box - siliar to cropper hopper but cheaper (non branded). I wind em round thread cards so i can see all my patterns through the clear lid .
Works well for me - although i do need to start another box off

Permanently lost....please redirect me!
I keep mine in individual grip bags...then keep similar colours on a book ring...then put the book rings onto one of those wooden stands that have a metal pole up the middle that you buy to put your kitchen roll on....hope that makes sense??

Hello world
I pinched DH's tie hangers out of the wardrobe and mine are all hung on those on the back of the door. They are great, and best of all he hasn't even noticed they have gone

I chop and change how I store them. First it was on dolly pegs, then in glass jars and now I have them hanging from coat hangers....none of those work for me and I am still looking for the ONE and only great storage idea

life is for scrapping
i have mine in a a4 size box which i made cardboard dividers which slot together that fit inside the box so they have their own little compartment then i cut slits into the lid so that the ribbon is poking out, took ages cutting all the slits but it was worth it. need another box though

I too have a Cropper Hopper Box like Scrappy bunny. You can get 90 ribbons in one case. I only converted to this last week, having previously kept mine in baggies and in colour in little plastic drawers per colour. I just love the Cropper Hopper boxes and the way the ribbon is displyed.

I use the Frenchy system only in a cheapo plastic box not on stand. Works very well as you can just pick out the batch of colours for a project and away you go without having to sort through them all.

Aaarrgghh!!!
Mine are in a tangled mass in an A4 RUB box. Hmmmm..... I think I need to organise, I like the sound of them being in jars, may have a look in pooundland see if they have anything.

I have mine in plastic bags and they are then clipped onto a post with a clothesline pin....it is fastened to the back of the door so you don't see this row of bags when walking into the room
