    Baptism / Christening Card

I'm god mother to my friends DD who is nearly 2 and adopted so now only being baptised. I have made her a mini book of the adoption of their 2 kids, but want to make them a card for her baptism on Sunday, but have a complete mental blank on this one! If you ladies can offer some inspiration, she is not a baby, so can't do a baby one, and they are very religious people....

    Thanks for your help ladies!

Sorry - this is not really any help with your card, but I have to send a christening card this week - who do I send/address it to...? The parents or the child ???
Regarding the card - do you have a die-cutting machine ? If so, what about cutting 'Baptism' (with a shadow) & making that the focus of the card, perhaps with some nice PP as a background, but making the 't' in the word in a cross shape - if you see what I mean....You could add the child's name by tying a small tag, with the name on, to one of the letters. I did something similar for an Easter card for a religious couple - looked pretty good, if I say so myself !
