When did you download it, could it be that you haven't got the new version?
Is there enought room on your hard drive?
Could it be the drivers?
Do you get any error messages when you are installing?
nope no error messages, I have a 300 gig harddrive so plenty of room. Someone from inkscape sent me an extra command file to put in the inkscape folder that should have fixed it but hasn't so while they all scratch their heads I have given up lol.
Will any of the lessons be in coraldraw, psp, design Master? cos then I can still participate.
Thanks for your help Lucille, it is much appreciated.

Hi everyone,
Newbie here only just joined, have only managed to cut straight into the cutting mat so far, I am scared of doing anything else now. Have downloaded so may instructions, my mind is in a whirl, can only play at the weekends. So if I think I have grassped something, I can,t remember it next time. A very slow learner.
