Yeah, I tried hunt-the-ding to no avail. I can't find any fancy brackets at all so I decided that, since we're all creative types, we can make our own!!! Here's an example, made using your basic bracket and the calligraphic line tool in Inkscape...
I haven't tried cutting them yet, a couple of the lines are probably a bit thin but you could change these by moving nodes no doubt. It's a general idea!

This started life as circles and straight lines. Then I offset and welded. Hope this is what you meant for the challenge! It's a bit late tonight, but I'll have a go at converting to GSD file tomorrow.

I've just seen these for sale on the internet and as they are only a dingbat simply type and cut no work required, here are 3 you can use no ding needed to get you started. The name of the font is in the title, it's free and has other design that are usable so if you want more just Google
I don't know what else to call them!LOL I made these while playing the "Replicate Tool" in the Studio Designer software and thought maybe someone can use them. I just did a test cut of them and I have included a photo!
