Looking for a tutorial

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. A few weeks ago I printed out a text version of a tutorial on how to fill your own shape with lattice using the silhouette studio design edition. Now I've lost it and can't find where I got it from. Does anyone remember seeing this somewhere please?

Thanks Doreen, I've had a look, but I don't want to make the lattice, I just want to fill a bracket shape with lattice.

The fill in DE works exactly the same as the free version, so the tutorial for that will work.
